Eco Terreno Wines & Vineyards welcomes Natalie Dale as Associate Winemaker, bringing more than 20 years of production experience across winemaking and distilling to the estate.

Natalie's background spans some of California's most respected wine and spirits programs, including Bonterra Organic Estates, Joseph Phelps Vineyards, The Family Coppola, E&J Gallo, and Santa Fe Spirits. She was named Distiller of the Year by Sunset Magazine in 2021 and holds a B.S. in Fruit Science with concentrations in Viticulture and Enology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an M.Sc. in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh.

Over the course of her career, Natalie has followed the harvest across four continents, chasing seasons, learning how different soils and climates shape what ends up in the glass, and returning each time with a deeper conviction that the best wine begins long before the cellar. That journey led her steadily away from large-scale production and toward the kind of winemaking that lets the vineyard speak: honoring the land, crafting with intention, and farming that gives back more than it takes.

She joined the Eco Terreno team in July 2026.
