Tatiana Rabanales, born and raised in the heart of Napa Valley, has always been deeply connected to the world of viticulture. Her early experiences, spent accompanying her father on weekends at his farmworker job, ignited a lifelong passion for the wine industry. This early exposure laid the foundation for her future career.

Tatiana pursued her academic interests at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Wine & Viticulture with a concentration in Enology. Her education provided a strong technical background, which she further enriched through practical experience. Over four harvests, Tatiana worked as both a viticulture technician and a laboratory technician, gaining hands-on experience and deepening her understanding of winemaking processes.

Driven by a desire to combine her technical knowledge with a broader business perspective, Tatiana is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration at Sonoma State University. This pursuit reflects her commitment to integrating industry expertise with strategic insights.
