2021 Lantana
Tasting Notes:
The 2021 Lantana Sauvignon Blanc presents a beautifully round and silky mouthfeel, offering a delightful burst of juicy white peach and refreshing green melon on the palate. Subtle hints of lychee add an exotic layer, elevating the wine’s complexity. The zesty acidity provides a crisp and lively finish, perfectly balancing the fruit-forward profile and enhancing the overall freshness. This Sauvignon Blanc is both vibrant and smooth, making it a truly enjoyable wine.

2021 Sansara
Tasting Notes:
The 2021 Sansara Sauvignon Blanc is clean and bright, with delicate floral aromas that lead into a light and refreshing palate. Flavors of ripe apricots, white nectarine, and subtle lime zest create a harmonious blend of fruit and freshness. The wine’s crisp acidity adds a lively structure, while a clean, mineral finish offers depth and elegance, making it a beautifully balanced and approachable wine.

2020 Cultura
Tasting Notes:
The 2020 Cultura Chardonnay offers a delightful array of flavors, starting with crisp apple and tropical guava that mingle effortlessly on the palate. Subtle notes of vanilla add a touch of creaminess, while delicate apple blossoms enhance the wine's aromatic profile. A hint of baking spice on the finish provides a warm, inviting complexity. With its medium body and plush texture, this Chardonnay delivers a balanced, smooth experience that lingers with a satisfying richness.

2018 Otoño
Tasting Notes:
Lyon Vineyard was the source for our Autumn-inspired Cabernet Sauvignon. Opaque, clear dark crimson with an effusively fragrant nose of black cherry cordial, star anise, elderberry and aromas of warm vanilla toast. Smooth, medium-full texture with a wonderfully juicy and even mouth feel that amplifies with time Flavors of blackberry compote, cassis and pomegranate are followed by a surprising hint of espresso. This wine has beautiful concentration and structure that hints to its aging potential, enjoyable now and for the next seven years.

2018 Los Cuatro
Tasting Notes:
Los Cuatro has an opaque purple color, with a bright purple rim. Aromas of black currant, molasses, blueberry compote are balanced by notes of dried sage and chicory. On the palate, notes of ripe black cherry, dark chocolate, and blackberry. A complex wine that is bold yet balanced. The finish is long lingering and pleasantly dry.

2022 Déjà Vu
Tasting Notes:
The 2022 Déjà Vu Cabernet Sauvignon opens with enticing dark fruit aromas, layered with a touch of minerality, ripe blackberries, and a hint of spice, reminiscent of wet cobblestone. On the palate, it delivers a vibrant burst of cherry, blackberry, and fresh red plums, showcasing its elegance and finesse. The wine is beautifully structured with a lifted body and a smooth toasted vanilla finish. Its refined character brings to mind the classic style of a 1970’s claret Cabernet Sauvignon, offering a sophisticated and timeless experience.
