Jeremy McMillan

Culinary Director

Eco Terreno Winery & Vineyards proudly welcomes Jeremy McMillan as Culinary Director of its Urban Tasting Room in San Francisco’s historic Jackson Square neighborhood. Chef McMillan brings more than two decades of fine-dining experience, including leadership roles in Michelin-starred kitchens and collaborations with James Beard Award–winning chefs.

Chef McMillan’s career spans some of the country’s most respected culinary destinations. He served as Chef de Cuisine at A Voce in New York during the restaurant’s Michelin-starred tenure and later led the kitchen at the Bedford Post Inn, a Relais & Châteaux property. In 2017, McMillan moved to San Francisco to become the Culinary Director of International Smoke, working with chef Michael Mina and Ayesha Curry. He later worked closely with chef Michael Tusk at Quince, Cotogna, and Verjus. Most recently, he held Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef roles with Bacchus Management Group at Selby’s in Atherton and Augustine in Santa Clara, respectively.

At Eco Terreno’s Urban Tasting Room, McMillan is shaping a seasonally driven, wine-focused culinary program designed to complement the winery’s 100% estate-grown, organic Alexander Valley wines. His cuisine emphasizes live-fire cooking, handcrafted pasta, California coastal seafood, and thoughtful ingredient sourcing inspired by the harvest.
